I love going to Travis to get my hair done & will be going to no one else for as long as I live in Atlanta. I am a person who does not put my trust in many as I have very long hair that I take great care of, but Travis is a stylist that I know I can trust with my hair. Not only does he have an amazing, hilarious, and welcoming personality, he is AMAZING at his expertise. He caters to all races of hair which speaks volumes for him as a hair stylist. The first time that I scheduled an appointment he listened to all of my hair concerns and made me feel as if we had known each other for forever. I have received a Demi color, natural silk press, trim, and hair cut; each time he has over exceeded my expectations, and I receive numerous compliments of my hair every time I

This is an updated post: This review is not for the service. The service was good. My dissatisfaction concurs with the reviewers who have naturally curly hair. I immediately called Travis when I was washing my hair. My curls have not reverted back and its been three months since he trimmed and pressed my hair. My hair is so straight that my Aunt thought my hair was wet after air drying for three days. I wanted to return and schedule ongoing appts but I am devastated. It took me years to grow out my hair and it will never been the same unless I cut it all off and start again. Travis and I had a conversation about what products were used to wash my hair because my hair reverts after silk press. He was very defensive and said he did not perm my hair. I never mentioned perm or relaxer or quest

My experience with this salon was very much bittersweet. I was a walk-in looking for my natural hair to be pressed and trimmed. The service was great from the moment I arrived. The lady who washed and conditioned me was very attentive and made sure I was doing fine the whole time. The stylist, Naomi, was also very nice and seemed knowledgeable about natural hair. My trouble came a month later when washing my pressed hair. My curls did NOT revert back, even though I was told that they would. My hair was pressed in January 2019. It is now October 2019 and my curls still have not reverted back. I was told that nothing besides the typical products were used in my hair, but whatever was used seriously damaged my hair as if I had gotten a relaxer or some other chemical treatment. I had a wonderful experience with Brandon. I was a little nervous to cut off my hair but he explained everything every step of the way. I would highly recommend him if you are in search of a new stylist.

After my previous stylist retired, I chose this salon after not having my hair done for 3 months. It was easy to make an appointment online & I made one with Naomi. She did an amazing job! The whole process was easy & timely. She even texted me before my appointment to make sure I wasn’t lost. I also got to see the owner Travis Working with a client & was very impressed! I’m in love with my hair again & I already made my next appointments. I highly recommend this salon.
