The last time I got my nails done was years ago. I decided to give this spot a try since I was in town for a wedding. It was the most relaxing and positive experience. I’m not looking to do anything crazy with a mani/pedi. They weren’t pressuring me into doing something I didn’t want to do. I got a simple set done and it was great!

Janiya is awesome and I like the guy that sits in the front when you first walk in but unfortunately the older lady that sits next to him needs to stop talking about the customers. Someone in the shop had a translator app on their phone and when she talked about the customer they all turned and looked at the customer and laughed, very unprofessional and management should stop that kind of behavior.

I had an excellent experience here today! Even though the place was bustling, I was barely halfway through the front door when, boom, I was already being kindly guided to my seat for a pedicure. My nail tech was amazing. She took great care in relieving the painful ingrown nails I came in with, and she never once made me feel rushed. She worked with precision and gentleness, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. When it was all said and done, I went to pay and tip, and to my surprise, she slipped me a fresh pack of gum! Such a sweet (or maybe slightly hintful?) gesture, but it absolutely made my day. To top it off, she insisted I stay seated and relax until the rain let up. Genuine care, fantastic service, and a little mood boost to carry into the weekend. Highly recommend this

I came here based off of my friends recommendation for the nail tech that she sees, and it was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in Columbus! Janiya did an amazing job and I came in for a fill-in and literally it looks like a brand new set! I will definitely be coming back here. They’re so reasonably priced compared to other nail shops in Columbus and they did such an amazing job and gave me the exact style that I wanted, and it came out even better than I thought! I would highly recommend them for any style nails that you want.
