Kim is excellent! She walked me through the process, step by step. Mapped out my brows, which were in terrible shape. They were discolored, not mapped out correctly, etc.. she took her time, made me comfortable (numb) during the procedure , which was something I wasn’t familiar with from another artist. She made the process painless and I love my brows! I highly recommend Kim, she is very professional and made my experience a wonderful and I love my brows!
