Ms. Charlotte was GREAT. Efficient, polite. She was quick and did not take any breaks and answer all my questions. It’s been years since I’ve had braids and didn’t know what I was getting and she took her time to explain. Also she took me in as a walk-in after everyone else couldn’t get it. I have very short hair and she was able to catch it with no problems.

Charlotte is AMAZING! Instantly felt welcomed and we started on time! I got so many compliments on my hair today. The parts are straight and my knot less braids look like my own hair. I got my ends curled and they look so good too! I just can't say thank you enough.

Nadine did an amazing job!! My hair is cut very low into a pixie cut, she did not turn me away stating my hair was too short. She did tell me it would be a lot of work and she was right. She took her time, 7 hours out of her day to make sure my hair was braided properly and neatly. My confidence has been restored! If you are looking for a dedicated braided, she is it!

Nadine was so pleasant from start to finish. She was professional. Chatty with me and my daughter. Braided very fast!!!! My daughter can not stay out the mirror. Getting the appt was quick and easy. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!!!!!!

The compliments just kept coming! I will say this style took way longer then it was supposed to. Sorry ladies, she'll probably never do this style again. Lol. However, the execution was unmatched! I got compliments on the parts, the wrapping, and the neatness. Everything! She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Even if she doesn't do this style for you, I can vouch that Charlotte will get you right!
