This is my first time trying VIP Nail Salon. Justin was very welcoming, and accommodating In a world full of chaos, Justin and his family make sure that they deliver the best service. They took care of me, my daughter and my mom, stayed late, and perfected every design we requested. We may have many great nail salons in Newbury Park, but I believe we lack hospitality, Justin and his family make sure that you are comfortable and get everything you requested. It's definitely going to be my go to spot. Give it a shot you will not regret it

My sister recommended this place to me and my experience was wonderful. Very relaxing environment, quality chairs, great cooking shows on the tv and the technicians I had were friendly and had a high skill level. I went back a few days later to have them throw on another top coat, Justin helped me and was quick and efficient and went beyond just adding a top coat. This is my new spot for sure.

I had such an amazing experience. The salon is super clean, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. The staff were so sweet and attentive. Definitely my new go-to spot!

Hands down the BEST nail spa! I've been coming here for a year now and this place has never disappointed. They always take the time to provide such detail to your service, even if they're busy which is not common. I have brought friends and family and they were just as impressed. Tina is my go to girl but you can't go wrong with anyone. Justin is all around the most amazing human. Watching him put so much care and attention into everyone that walks in always makes me so happy to watch. This place is the only place to be! You won't be disappointed.

They do really good work, but the reason they only get two stars is because the salon never opens at the time posted as their business hours. Even if you call the person who answers the phone will tell you 9 o’clock and sometimes they don’t show up until 9:30 or 10. Being on time is important! And a company not being on time says they really don’t care about my time!
