Crystal Palace Foot Massage

DON'T GO HERE! AVOID, AVOID, Bad management. I Went to this place based on decent reviews and was met with a typical Chinese run money grab massage. I had right shoulder pain which I tried explaining to the guy manager and he just gave me the remaining masseuse who didn't address my concerns. I chose the 60mins deep tissue massage but nothing was deep about the massage. I kept telling her that she needed to massage my right shoulder but she kept her ways. I was not happy and explained to the manager I needed additional 30 mins to relieve my pain so he came to complete what she wasn't able get out my knots himself. He then tried to charge me extra when my pain still existed. Spent over $100 and still have right shoulder pain. I gotten plenty of massages before and this place was only concer

The staff is friendly and the service is exceptional. The deep tissue massage worked wonders on my sore muscles. Clean, peaceful, and absolutely worth every penny.

This massage store is spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a calming vibe. Amy is a true expert—her massage was both soothing and effective. The receptionist was also very welcoming. Will definitely return!

Always amazing! I was torn about writing this as I have noticed them getting busier and would love to keep them to myself, but they deserve the recognition! Clean private areas for full body, can do same room (curtains) couples massage. Very friendly, reasonable pricing, lots of options. I've had some great massages here, the "worst" would be a 4/5, but honestly that would be on me for not communicating my preferences. I would be incredibly surprised to hear someone have a bad experience.
