Found this place last minute to do a bio-gel manicure and fill. I also had 3D art done. Was here for awhile and had a male tech. The female did the 3D art. I loved it and yheb3D art ce out nice. After 4 days I noticed discoloration on the 3D flower. I didn't get a chance to get back due to work. Was in the area and went in to show them and make an appointment for a fill. They were very dismissive about the discoloration. So get here 10 minutes early for my appointment and was told it would be a few minutes. Understandable since I was early. After 15 minutes was told it would be about 5 more minutes. What's the point of making an appointment if you're not going to honor that. Just like they have a schedule to keep so do I. My time is just valuable. Can't wait to see how this goes. D

I used to be a loyal client here, but after my last experience, I will never come back — and I want to warn others. Back in January, I went in for a pedicure. There was a power outage in the area, but when I called, they told me they were still taking clients. That should’ve been my first red flag, but I trusted them. During my appointment, the technician (Ben) dug so deeply into my ingrown toenail that I left with my toe drenched in blood. He told me it would clear up in 2–3 days. It is now August — more than seven months later — and my toe is still infected. It hurts every single day. It hurts to the touch, it hurts when I put socks on, it hurts when I wear shoes, and it even hurts when the blanket brushes against it at night. I’ve been a client at this local nail salon since it opened and I’ve always been very happy with their services. They are one of the few nail salons that are actually open on Sundays, which makes it very convenient as well. For the past year and a half, I have been using Ben for my bio gel manicures and he is by far the fastest, most precise manicurist I’ve ever come across . I have never been very loyal to a nail salon since this one . 💜

I was having my nails done by Vincent. I was getting a new set of acrylics. The job that Vincent was doing was not very good and when I tried to explain to him what it was that I wanted and that he was not doing it. He got very snippy and stopped in the middle of doing my nails and said he wasn’t gonna finish. very unprofessional, bad attitude, and I would not recommend going to Vincent the rest of the people there I don’t have an opinion on, but Vincent is not a good person to get your nails done by.

This salon is beautiful, new and clean! The staff are incredibly welcoming and it is super easy to text or call for appointments, with good hours for people with day jobs. I was honored to meet and have my new acrylic nails done beautifully by the owner Ben. He takes great pride in his work and is a true artist. He excels at unique designs but will also quickly accomplish basics with just enough flare. This was my second visit and it was just as pleasant as the first. When I had a pedicure the massage and attention to detail was a nice surprise. Thank you Ben and your team! I’m thankful to have a lovely salon to go to after work in the Newbury Park area.
