VIO Med Spa has been the most professional med spa I’ve ever been to. They were able to fit me in last minute when I was really in a pinch, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The manager was absolutely lovely and accommodating throughout the entire visit. From start to finish, I felt truly taken care of. I genuinely appreciate their kindness, flexibility, and professionalism.

I was a VIO Med Spa member for two years, and my experience was horrendous. My membership fee increased after year one without clear explanation, and there was constant injector turnover, I saw at least five different providers, making it hard to have consistent results. The final straw was my last appointment with Kayleigh. I had been getting good results with Dysport, but she pushed me to switch treatments. Less than two weeks later, I saw no improvement and was told it was just my anatomy. Then they tried to inject 42 more units of Dysport and charge me again to fix it. I refused. When I canceled, I noticed billing inconsistencies and over $100 missing from my account. Management was dismissive and blamed their system, sending a spreadsheet that didn’t match services I actually received

Jessica is amazing! She answered all of my questions, explained everything and made me feel at ease. The girls at the front are so sweet and welcoming! I got the membership and am looking forward to my next facial!

This was my first time ever needing/doing anything like this. I was so very well informed and educated about the injections I received, my medical history was throughly investigated, and they made sure my needs were met. I left with complete understanding and appreciation of the care I was given. I don't believe any where else could've been any better! Thank you!!
