I came in for an eyebrow wax and tint, and I want to acknowledge both Gianna and Dejonee for making my visit memorable. From the moment I walked in, Gianna greeted me with genuine warmth and a pleasant energy. Her professionalism and kindness set the tone and made me feel immediately welcomed — small details, but they matter. My service was done by Dejonee, who was very upfront and honest about how the tint would take to my brows. I appreciated her managing expectations clearly instead of overpromising. She shaped my brows cleanly and gave me the structure I needed. This EWC location is fantastic! I have been seeing Kristin for more than a year and she is the best! She does a great job and always makes me feel so comfortable.
