This was just the massage I've been looking for my entire life! I am 34 years old and have had the privilege of experiencing many massages and modalities. Anthony has a special style and flow that is all his own and its amazing to be on the receiving end of that. I was able to relax and he took notice of my tighter areas and worked out every trauma I've had since birth haha! I drove from Durham. If your thinking of booking, do it! Had a fantastic massage with Anthony. The space was calming and the attention to detail was great so from cleanliness to lighting. The massage table was the best not only did he have the warmer already set but it was motorized so he could raise it or lower it to get just the right angle and pressure. The pressure was firm without being painful. He knew exactly how to unlock the knots and it was like he could read what each area needed. He’s very in-tune with what your body needs just by your reaction or the slightest twitch. I would recommend him to anyone you can really tell he loves and takes pride in his work. Be specific on the pre appointment questionnaire he pays close attention to what you need.

I have had an excellent experience at Dosha Massage. Anthony is incredibly thorough and intentional in his approach. He adjusts techniques and tools to address my specific needs (in my case usually the back and neck). Before each session, he checks in to tailor the massage to how I’m feeling that day. If something new is bothering me or I want to focus on a different area, he makes sure to address it. The experience is therapeutic and something I consider necessary for my overall health, and Anthony clearly treats it that way as well. Anthony is committed to his craft and very knowledgeable, which shows in the quality of his work. I had my first massage with Anthony last week. His intake questions were detailed, but spot on when planning a personalized session. He took all those details and used the information to create a unique experience. Anthony’s technique was consistent throughout the massage. I like firm to deep pressure and was not disappointed. It’s very obvious that Anthony takes great pride in both his body work practice and business. I had my first session with Anthony today, and it was absolutely wonderful! The massage had a gentle, flowing rhythm, combining lymphatic drainage with deep tissue elements. It was deeply relaxing even when there were some tense or sore spots, the soft flow made everything feel smooth and balanced. Anthony is an amazing therapist with excellent technique. After the massage, my back muscles felt thoroughly worked, my shoulders were more relaxed, and even my abdominal area benefited it felt toned and rejuvenated. Overall, both during and after the session, I felt completely relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I really loved the experience and highly recommend him!
