DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! I came in for an acrylic removal (after getting them redone at a different nail salon because of the horrible quality) and the owner RIPPED off a portion of my nail, drawing blood (see photo). Instead of soaking the acrylic off and filing down, she decided to rip the tips off with a dirty cuticle nipper. Once this was done, I had to request she soak the rest off, she rolled her eyes. She dabbed the blood off with a dirty rag. When I told her I did not want to continue the and wouldn’t pay for the service, she told me I was overreacting and that “this happens sometimes”. She told me she was doing me a favor by finishing the service after I “made such a big deal”. Considering the lack of cleanliness of the tools, I will be reporting to the health department and h

If there is a way to give no starts at all I would have done it!! Where to start.. very painful experience I will never get back to this place ever again. All my fingers hurt! One was bleeding 🩸 Even my toes were hurting! These are the worst nails I have ever seen. And on top of all asking for a tip! Too expensive for the awful experience! Very rough and left with ugly nails! $92 for these!!!!

Horrible job on my daughter's nails. Her grandmother took her, when she got home her nails were streaky and all over her fingers. That night the thumb nail chipped. Dip should never chip. I had to take her to a different place the next day to get the nails fixed. A waste of time and money.

Great Nail Salon! Consistently doing good nails for the last 10 years. Stephanie helped me find and create the set of nails for my bachelorette. She also carefully shaped them to even length and made sure they weren't too thick. She made great suggestions to try next time as I approach my wedding!

I visited Vino Nail Spa for a dip manicure. I was told that my nails were too short for dip and that I would need tips put on to add length. I cannot have long nails for my job, so I asked for a gel manicure instead. After agreeing to do the gel manicure, the nail tech grabbed tips for my nails. I told her again that I did not want them, she replied that she would cut them short. She used tips that were smaller than my actual nail and glued them on crooked. While filing my nails she cut the sides of my fingers and cuticles, and left the sides of my nails sharp to the touch. I am not impressed by the service that I received and will not be returning.
