Jennifer did a fantastic job cutting my hair! When I first sat in her chair, she took the time to discuss my needs and wants. She provided feedback and directed me to get a cut that would look best on me. During the cut, Jennifer took the time to check and re-check to be sure my hair was even and framed my face. I am a loyal customer for this hair Cuttery since last 15 years. Entire staff - Payton , Alexis and now new manager Megan is back made me feel so welcomed. Payton was busy so went to Megan - She listened to what I want and explains her process to get me there. The hair wash is like being at a spa. It felt amazing ! When I asked about products , I never felt pressured to buy anything. I felt like what she was suggesting was completely for my best interest. I recommend this Hair Cuttery to all my friends- my go-to place for last 15 years.

I paid 125.00 for my hair to look slightly different. Not happy with my service. Came in at 9:20 for my 9:30 appointment for full highlights. My hair stylist wasn't even there yet and still wasn't there until about ten minutes after my appointment time. She asked what I wanted and explained that I wanted golden honey blond highlights. She said that I was going to bed a toner which would be $25 more than what I was told when I scheduled. If that's a procedure that normally needs to be done then it should be included. She was a bit rude in telling me this and didn't really explain what a toner does but I said to let's see if we need it after the highlights because I never needed a toner before. She also didn't say a single word to me the entire hour it took her to put in the highlights. We

Excellent hair cut as always with Lexi. She has been doing my hair for years and I am always very satisfied. Very nice person. I wouldn’t get my hair done anywhere else
