I'm one of those people who when asked, "how do you want it cut?" freezes like a deer staring down some mother-of-three-screaming-children's out-of-control Honda Odyssey flying at the speed of, "Kid's Cuisine for dinner." But Alec made things easy: asking the right questions, making astute suggestions, and generally being a very helpful, kind and professional human being (and also a great conversationalist!)
