Vina Nails and Spa

I have been having my manicures & pedicures at Vina Nails for years. Jen is fantastic! The staff are friendly & polite. The salon is beautifully decorated & clean. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this salon.

What I asked for vs what I got I spent an hour and 30 minutes uncomfortable, getting burnt and irritation with a non-English speaking person who couldn't communicate with me at all and when I ask for a fan, all she did was laugh so when I spoke to Lucy and told her this is not what I asked for she said why didn't I explain to that to her in the room when I tried to explain that I did and she doesn't speak in English for her to understand me she told me I had to wait an hour because she already started with her next appointment or I I need to pay $50 half so I could leave her establishment and when I refused, she called the police on me. This is not a racial profiling at its finest.

I paid $65 for this and I don’t even know what this is but they said it’s $35 to fix it. Yea ok I will never come back here again. Be warned

This is the 1st time Amy has done my nails. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. She always wants to make sure her clients are happy! She is super sweet. Amy did a wonderful job and I will definitely be back. This is actually my 2nd time getting serviced. The 1st time I came I had a pedicure and Tracy did my feet. She was great too! From what I see, the nail shop is very welcoming, professional and clean. I look for that when I am giving someone my business. Customer service is everything and they definitely have it! Thank you Vina Nails! You have gained a new customer! 👏🏾

Cuc did an amazing job with my nail and face wax. She really took her time with my refill and was very communicative throughout the process to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. She also did an amazing job with my brows she shaped them perfectly. It’s been a while since I saw my brows so well shaped. Thank you and see you soon Cuc
