Cleo does a beautiful job giving me the exact braids that I want. Her salon is just big enough, very private, clean and attractive. Be sure to make your appointments weeks if not months in advance, especially if it's for a special event. Cleo stays very, very busy. Parking is on street only. Entrance is the stairs on the outside of the building. UPDATE: This salon has moved out of state.
