it’s always fun browsing around, but maybe 3/2/2026 was a bit of an off day for customer service. 3 different employees told us a coupon worked in a different way, which wasted our time and made for an unexpectedly frustrating visit. it’d be useful to have everyone on the same page- communication and consistency is key.

Very disappointed in the service. I purchased several items and one of the security tags wasn't removed. I didn't notice until I got home and I left the next day on vacation do wasn't able to return to get it removed for a few weeks. Waited in a long line at the register to get it removed. The girl who helped me didn't apologize, didn't say anything. Removed the tag and asked "anything else" and that was it. I expected to at least here a "sorry for the inconvenience". Super disappointed.

When I walked into the store, the energy was off right away. I was greeted with a really unfriendly attitude — no smile, no “hi,” just staring. It instantly made me feel uncomfortable instead of welcomed. While I was trying to get help, the cashiers were too busy gossiping with each other to acknowledge customers. There were no managers around, and when I finally did get someone’s attention, they literally walked off in the middle of trying to help me. It felt unprofessional and like no one cared to provide actual customer service. Overall, the experience just wasn’t it. I left feeling ignored, uncomfortable, and honestly disappointed. I really hope the store can work on their professionalism and customer care because the products are great, but the service needs to match.

Normally I like Victoria's Secret. This was not one of those times. I was put in a fitting room and the sales person said she would be right back to help. She did not come back. Lost a sale that day.

Rosie was the sweetest cashier I have ever came across at this VS. She went above and beyond to give me such an amazing experience at checkout. She had such an amazing attitude during this crazy holiday season! Thank you so much Rosie for being so kind!
