She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle, which made the entire process so much easier than I expected. Josey took her time, explained everything, and paid great attention to detail. The results were amazing smooth, clean, and done with care. Her warm personality and positive energy truly set her apart. I felt confident and refreshed walking out! Honestly this could have been awkward and painful but instead it was a ton of fun! The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, with swift service and lots of laughs to keep from focusing too much on the pain! A genuinely great experience!

Jocelyn was the best waxed ever. Very nice, humble , made me feel safe even tho it was my second time getting a wax. She calmed me through it process and asked if I was okay constantly. She was very very amazing and professional ❤️
