Flow and glow Los Angeles

I wanted to try a lymphatic drainage massage before the year ended. I’m so grateful I found Flow and Glow Los Angeles with Ayako. Be aware that her studio is located inside the racquet club so you are in the right location. There is plenty of parking available and the person working at the front of the club pointed me to the right direction by going upstairs. Ayako was waiting for me in the lobby by the time I arrived. Her studio was clean and perfect. She had relaxing music on and the doors closed, so there’s hardly any noise coming from outside. I must’ve fell asleep twice during the entire 90-minute experience. I had initially expressed to her I regularly get monthly Swedish/Thai massages so she did tell me before she started that lymphatic drainage massages were lighter. In general,

Ayako is one TALENTED Massage Therapist! I always walk out of her sessions feeling refreshed. She is professional, treats you with kindness and respect. Her space is lovely and her attention to detail is beyond! I recently received a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage and WOW did it feel relaxing and healing. She is definitely my GO-TO for massages. 💆🏻‍♀️

I am so very appreciative of Ayako at Flow and Glow the past 20 lymphatic massages. I was able to buy packages of 10 massages at a time. The appointments were flexible with my schedule and really helped ensure that there wasn't any scar tissue buildup after surgery. Its been 3 months now and everything is healing better than expected. Akayo’s massage was exceptional!!! She’s so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend her for manual lymphatic drainage. On top of that, she provided me with very helpful tips to support daily massages at home. Her service was above and beyond and I will continue to book with Akayo.

Ayako is a very professional and skilled massage therapist specializing in lymphatic drainage—I've never tried this style of massage before, but it's both incredibly relaxing and feels like it really improved my circulation. Her space feels very peaceful and quiet, and you'll feel instantly comfortable. The facial massage also feels like it helps de-puff and stimulate the skin. I would highly recommend Ayako—you won't be disappointed!
