I always have an amazing experience with my nail tech! Tom Ford! He is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and take his time to make sure everything is perfect. My nails always come out beautiful and last so long. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and I always leave feeling confident and happy. I would like to start off by staying that I used to be a very loyal to this nail salon. I mean, I drive over an hour just to come. I used to do walk-ins all the time. The one time I decided to do a appointment. I have the most terrible Experience. The Wait wasn’t too bad. I understand that Sometimes nail tech might come in a little bit later than usual, which is fine. I had always gone to Cynthia Since she was new at the Broadway Mall But honestly, this time and experience was so bad the nail reference pic looks nothing like what I got and I’m usually very understanding but I did ask if they were able to do these nails and she replied yes Midway while doing my prep, someone walks in and is requesting her she rushes through my prep and application of gelx Was sent over to do pedicure, whic

The new location is AMAZING!!!! Itsclean and welcoming and beverages are FREE. The staff are ALL friendly and professional. My nail technician ONA was patient, paid close attention to detail, and made sure I was happy with the shape and color. My nails came out beautiful. I also got a pedicure done by AIDEN, words can't explain how brand new my feet feels. Thank you TEAM VICTORIA!!!!

First time here as a walk in. I’m usually very hesitant on going to large nail salons. I felt comfortable here and my stylist, Hannah, did amazing! Literally felt pampered my entire time, had a very relaxing experience. I felt it was reasonably priced for what I opted for (organic spa pedicure and eye threading). Happy to have a new place to go to, I even booked next month’s appointment.

Cynthia is the most talented manicurist I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing my nails. She’s such a sweetheart and truly a master of her craft ♥️
