Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Love my time at Hand and Stone in Jericho. Sheila is the most amazing massage therapist, who always seems to intuitively know exactly the areas that need special attention. She is truly the best! When I arrived at my last visit, I was offered a heated neck wrap while I waited for my appointment. A great touch and very much appreciated with the frigid weather we are having. I’ve been a customer here for years but with the new owners, it’s an even better experience!

I have been coming to see Shiela since joining Hand and Stone years ago. The experience is like no other as she puts her heart & soul into her job. You can tell how much she truly loves doing what she does as it shows through her hands which are pure magic! The only sad part of my experience with Shiela is when she turns the water on because at that moment I know it’s now over! If I could lay there for hours upon hours I would. I highly recommend visiting Shiela, your experience will be like non other.

I cannot say enough about Andrey. I am a self-admitted Andrey follower. While I'm sure there are many good masseuses there I only go to him. Exceptional skill. Nice person. professiona l can't say enough.

If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. Horrible customer service. Completely dishonest and unreasonable. Hidden fees. I was not informed that I was going to be charged 50% of my service even though I asked two different employees before I canceled my appointment because I had the flu. I asked the manager if she could credit my account instead of refunding the money to me. And she refused. The manager would not help me in any way shape or form as a member. Buyer beware! Stay away from Hand and Stone Spa!

I’m a regular at Hand & Stone and Bradley is truly one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. He’s professional, attentive, and always knows exactly what my body needs. I leave every session feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend him!
