The man at the cash register was unprofessional, rude, and racist. As someone who works in high-level customer service in NYC, this was by far the worst experience I have had at this store. I will not spend my money here again, regardless of how convenient the location may be. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere or ordering online. Also it’s unprofessional to bad mouth people in front of your costumers

Horribly rude to my daughter and me. Super nasty condescending about simply not knowing that it’s an exclusive club. Was too busy playing with her hair to even be polite. Awful.

Only giving it a one star because the lady was very sweet and helpful. However the guy that was there very presumptuous and rude, asked about a brand that has been used on me professionally and this man had the nerve to condescendingly say “drug store “ and roll his eyes then stared me down the whole time I was in the store. I want to absolutely clarify the lady was helpful and kind. The real problem was the guy.

So easy to find what you need. Check out always quick and pleasant. People who work there are extremely kind and knowledgeable.

RUDE AND RACIST WORKER. If you’re anything but white, consider yourself to be treated poorly by their staff member **ALLISON**. On numerous occasions that my mom and I visited, she’s always spoken to us in a very passive aggressive tone in comparison to other white clients that she always greets and treats with a smile. I gave it a few times to fully observe before coming to this conclusion. It seems very likely that she is racist. My mom kindly asked for a shampoo made especially for extensions and Alison vehemently denied the store carrying such a product and walked away abruptly with an attitude.
