For Taylor Only!! If it were possible to give a 0, I would be doing that. My sister had an appointment scheduled today at 5:30p w/Taylor and when my sister declined Taylor’s offer to reschedule (normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but she didn’t have availability for the next while), Taylor didn’t respond to the message so my sister took that to mean the appointment was still on schedule. When we showed up, NO ONE WAS THERE! The doors were locked and lights were off. This was incredibly unprofessional and we will not be returning or recommending this place or her to anyone else.

My hair turned out great from the deep conditioning treatment. But online it said 20 dollars and in the middle of my appt my stylist was making a phone call . I was told it would alittle more than a normal conditioning treatment because she was out of the product ended up costing me 45 dollars. It wouldn't be a problem if she would of told me ahead of time.

Wow. Just wow. I went in for the first time and saw Taylor. I wanted a layer and style. She didn’t know how to blow out with a brush and I ended up looking like “who did it and ran” when I told her I didn’t think my hair didn’t looked like the picture and I wasn’t happy she told said she felt like it did- I couldn’t believe she said that. No attempt to fix. My layers are choppy, my bangs are off and it just plain sucks. On my way out Barbara helped me by straightening it out because I was going to cry and Taylor looked offended. Thank goodness for Barbara. Moral of the story- if you care about Taylor’s feelings and not your haircut you should be ok- give it a try: I also scheduled a eyebrow wax which she said she didn’t do once my hair was washed. No attempt to inform me prior.
