Josh gave an excellent therapeutic massage. He listened to my therapy needs and goals and tailored the session to those issues. He was at all times professional, checking with me regarding my comfort level both physical and psychological. Even a full day later I still feel like a new woman.

They are extremely efficient and so personable! My initial visit was thorough and easy to understand. He never adjusted me without letting me know what he was doing. Getting set up was a breeze even with going through the VA!! Love this clinic!!! Highly recommend!!!

Cris has fixed me again. Over the last 16 years cris has made me able to walk and work many times. He moved away from bethel and I never found a suitable replacement. I found him again. I’m back in action now.

I’ve had horrible weekly migraines brought on by neck pain. For years my neck would not adjust on one side. My massage therapist recommended Dr. Twiford. On my second visit he was able to adjust my neck on both sides. The release was substantial and the relief has been even more so! I’ve not had a migraine since, and that was over a month ago. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing chiropractic care.
