I placed an online order with Venus Beauty Supply that was partially for a product that they did not have in stock. They contacted me immediately, shipped the part of my order they had available, immediately refunded the funds for the unavailable product, and put me on their waiting list for when that item is back in stock. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (which is hard to find these days). 5-STARS.

First time visit. Large selection of wigs at a reasonable price. They let u try on 5. Friendly service helping me w the wigs. I bought 2!

Was a fan and spent quite a lot there. Got a wig a few days ago in an UNSEALED box. The wig had far fewer tracks than the wig I was shown. I brought in the wig with receipt that says I can do an exchange if the product is the same as when I left. The wig box had no seal to begin with. So I figured that as the receipt and website says, I can get an EXCHANGE. I asked for an exchange (with the wig in the same state I received it in) 2-3 days after purchase when I was able to look at the quality up close. Poor quality for $300. Was told that there was nothing I can do and was rudely pointed to the receipt which states exchanges ARE possible. Very upset. This wig was to be custom colored for my mother with terminal cancer. Was not even given a “sorry there’s nothing we can do” just a rude point

Have had some health issues that have led me to a wig store. Luckily, this one. Orion was very helpful and patient and I left with a feeling of confidence in myself I didn't have when I came in. So, thank you for having a lot of products to choose from and an amazing staff.

This is just a quick place for me to get hair products. I order my hair or go to SC to get hair. There are 0 staff here that can help you with the hair consultation period. It's a mess! We need better options in Asheville for hair necessity
