I’ve been going to this spa for over five years, and the difference in my skin has been incredible. My skin is healthier, clearer, and I no longer struggle with acne breakouts. I have waxing and facials on a monthly basis. Scheduling appointments is always easy and stress-free. Aranka is truly wonderful—she is kind, gentle, and takes the time to make sure I feel relaxed and well cared for during every visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their skin. I completed the acne clinic with Aranka over the last 3 months, and it was well worth it! My skin was very clogged with deep acne and very textured. At the first appointment, we went through my current skin care products in detail, as well as diet/lifestyle things that could cause breakouts. At every facial, she did careful extractions and a chemical peel. Aranka made sure to ask how the peel felt to ensure it was not too intense. I have very sensitive skin, so I really appreciated her thoughtfulness! In terms of cost, I think it is well worth the investment. You do have to purchase the skincare she recommends, Face Reality, but the price is comparable, if not cheaper, than other high-end skincare brands. I have come to love this brand! I have been going to Aranka every month for the past 7 months for Dermaplaning Facials, my face has never looked better. She is one of the best I have ever been too. If you are looking for someone who will help you achieve the best skin, I highly recommend Aranka. This is an investment in you, you deserve it, and trust me you will be so happy you did. Disappointing Experience I booked the European Signature Facial, expecting a relaxing and professional treatment. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the expectations. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately upsold on a more expensive service and pressured to buy products. When I politely declined—explaining that I was only in Asheville for 2 months and the suggested treatment was part of a 3-month series—I was told, "Unfortunately, if you don’t go with the service, you will always have acne." That comment felt unprofessional and dismissive. To make things worse, my facial was cut short to about 50 minutes, even though it was advertised as 70 minutes.
