The best salon in Asheville, hands down! Jessie is a true artist and professional. As a picky hair person, I did a ton of research to find her and was delighted beyond my expectations. She is a warm and thorough communicator, and delivered exactly what I hoped for at every visit (wearable haircuts and precise color). Sam does similarly excellent work - you can't go wrong at Creative Beauty. The space itself is fun and welcoming, and over the course of years I only saw gorgeous heads of hair of all kinds walk out the door. If you want to feel complete trust that your hair is in good hands, this is the place!

Jessie is very thorough and meticulous with her process. From the consultation where she went through my inspiration pics ad walked me through what would work and what wouldn’t for my hair to the day of my appointment where she reaffirmed my goals and the process then took great care ensuring I left feeling like a million bucks. One important lesson I’ve learned in life is that good hair isn’t cheap and cheap hair isn’t good. If you’re looking for a phenomenal master of hair in Asheville, Jessie is worth every penny! 14/10!!

This was my first visit to Creative Beauty, and it certainly won’t be my last. I saw Sam, and she was absolutely wonderful! It had been several months since my last cut, so I was definitely due for a good trim. Now my hair is healthy and lighter with much better shape to it.
