Velvet Nails Bellevue

The manager Kelly was super nice! She was fun to work with on designs! She did some fun Valentine’s nails. The place is clean, the environment pretty, lots of color options and the pricing is very fair.

Stopped in as a walk in, my friend and I did a pedicure and they had really good deals. We were warmly welcomed and they were very clear about pricing. Customer service was great, they offered us refreshments and they were kind. I would definitely recommend to anyone, I am happy with my results. They also had about 6 people working and they were all nice! I scheduled my fill after.

First time here. I didn't get the wonderful woman's namebut I think she was the owner. She was very delightful and amazing. She did such an amazing job. I just love the attitude from all the employees. My husband and I will be back.

Okay so I never post negative ratings but I had the WORST experience here. I called prior to coming in, asking if they could do tortoise shell nails, to which they responded yes. So I came in and showed the first photo as inspo but I wanted them in an almond shape. The second photo is what I got. I was trusting the process bc surely they know what they’re doing, but oh I was so wrong. I asked them to redo with a different design since mine turned out nothing like the inspo pic. He had another person come out to do the new design (photo 3). And while, yes they are cute, they are transparent and you can see my natural nails (I have a habit of biting) and one has come off on day 5 and 2 others are lifting.
