The Grand Salon

The service here is not good at all. Let me clarify, the online service/phone service, is terrible. I know a couple of people that go here to get their hair done so it hurts me to give such a low rating. As this is the only place I can find locally that can do braids/dreads, I have been trying to contact someone to see if, A. It’s possible at this location, B. What the cost of it would be. I think it was a month or two ago when I had the opportunity to actually go in and talk to someone on a Saturday. I was told I could leave my name and phone number and what I was asking about for the person who does the hairstyle and said person would get back to me. Now (5/2/24) I have yet to get a response. I have been a customer of the Grand Salon for over 15 years and I have always enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. The professionalism is profound and I am always satisfied with my hair. I especially appreciate my hair stylist; she is skilled and really understands the ins and outs of the beauty industry. It is refreshing to know that when I come to the Grand Salon I will be greeted by friendly staff and leave with great hair. I highly recommend this salon.

Today was my first experience with the Grand Salon. Although my treatment began a little after the appointment time, I still finished earlier than normal. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. Thank you.

Clean and very, friendly atmosphere. The stylist was able to get my daughter in and out in a reasonable amount of time with a style that was sophisticated and regal just in time for her prom.
