Palm and Sole Massage and Bodywork

Had an incredible massage here. I’ve been dealing with severe back pain for almost two years now. I’ve had steroid injections, I’ve done physical therapy, I’ve even had consultations with a neurosurgeon. I decided to try a deep tissue massage and now that it’s the day after, I feel incredible relief. There’s still pain don’t get me wrong, but I’m actually walking pain free and standing up straight today. They have a great variety of massage styles depending on what you’re looking for. Saderia has restored my faith in massage therapy!! I was lonnnnggg overdue and scared to pull the trigger, after having had a prior experience that left me wondering “what is so relaxing about a massage?”. I shared my anxiety and these concerns with her and she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire session. I enjoyed it so much, I booked my next 90 min before I left today! Thank you, Palm and Sole for reminding me how important it is to treat yourself - mind, body, and sole!

This is seriously a hidden gem! I have been in so much pain in my upper back and neck: I went to 3 different chiropractors and I felt worse. I scheduled last minute and was able to get in next day!! That’s a huge plus. When I walked in, I felt immediately relaxed. The atmosphere and energy was so pure. I was greeted by name and was taken to my room. My massage therapist was Rosel. She was simply amazing!! She listened and worked on the areas I needed and requested. I wanted deep tissue and that’s what I got. I didn’t get a fluffy foo foo massage LOL I felt every knot it was a feel so good pain. I walked in with pain and left feeling so relaxed and not tight. I went home and slept and it was the best sleep I have had in a long time. I found my forever massage therapist. See you next week ☺️

Kimberly Petersen is wonderful. I've had several sessions with her. I hope to continue seeing her on a monthly basis. She improves my quality of life very much.
