Valley Nails

Clean and everyone was very nice. However, I just found some etiquette a little off. First, I asked for a nail dip manicure, but there was no soaking, cuticle pushing or cutting involved and she never asked me what shape I wanted my nails, just asked if I liked the shape after she was done.The dip doesn’t cover the entire nail bed so some sides of my nails are bare. Then when I had a pedicure for rough heels, I went to pay for the services and one of the girls asked the guy that did my pedicure if he put booties on, and he said something that I couldn’t hear- but I will confidently say I did not get the hot oil treatment as the description said it came with. So, I think I was charged for a service I didn’t even receive. I’m really not one to complain, but I will say I will not be returning

First time here and will not go back. Went in for a simple dip removal and standard manicure. The man who did my nails had clearly just come back from a smoke break as the smell was quite strong. He proceeded to cut my fingers through the process and the polish was sloppily applied (picture is after his clean up attempt). My nail beds are inflamed and have been in pain all day. The interior is bright and seems clean so I was disappointed they have someone of this low caliber on their staff.

I recently took my 10-year-old to Valley Nails for her first manicure, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The salon itself was clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. The apprentice nail tech who worked with my daughter was incredibly patient and kind. She took the time to explain each step of the manicure process, ensuring my daughter felt at ease. She also engaged her in conversation, making the experience enjoyable and fun. The selection of nail polish colors was impressive, with a wide range of options suitable for kids. My 10 year old had a blast choosing her favorite color, and the technician skillfully applied it, resulting in a flawless manicure. (and even did a design for her!) Overall,

After visiting, TT&K, along with Harmony, I finally feel I’m getting the kind hometown service. Valley Nails is amazing, clean, professional, along with that connection with anyone who sees you. My visit today was exceptional with Lee! She listened to what I wanted and made it work, I’ll be back for sure!

I had an amazing pedicure with Isabel. My favorite part about getting a pedicure is the massage and it did not disappoint! I always get overwhelmed with the color choices, and Isabel helped me choose a color that was exactly what I was looking for (but that I never would have picked out on my own). The salon is clean and peaceful and I enjoy not having the distraction of televisions.
