I have to take the time to write this review out for the nice woman, Tina, at this salon that went out of her way to inform me and help me by answering my questions and going the extra mile to get me the exact information, on a question she didn’t have the answer to. I appreciate the efforts. Their stylists are great. The prices vary from stylist to stylist, but from what I have seen, the prices are very reasonable, and even slightly more affordable than the other local salons. The owner Tina is present and just very knowledgeable and personable, and really just gives that extra sense of comfort in her salon making sure your expectations have been met. Wonderful business owner!

AJ is amazing!!! I tell her you do what you think is best and I’m never disappointed. Color/Cut it’s the best I’ve ever had.

I needed my highlights and color tone corrected after a bad experience at a different salon. I chose AJ at Trinity based upon some photos of hair that she had done that looked pretty. I explained to her what went wrong at the other salon and she did a GREAT job at removing the unwanted warm tones and putting my hair back to a cooler tone. She did great highlights and lowlights and my hair came out looking just like I wanted it to. I look forward to my next appointment with AJ.

I went to this salon for years consistently and had my hair cut by one of the owners, Valerie. One day I got stuck at work and had to cancel. I was told that I’d have to pay the full amount. I was shocked and upset. I asked to speak with Valerie but the woman on the phone said that she just spoke to her and that is what she said. I think that a longtime customer should get a one time warning for missing an appt for reasons out of their control. Instead they lost a customer for good. It’s not good business. Will NEVER go there again or recommend them to anyone.
