I’m sure it was not their normal, since it is the holiday season, but I will NEVER return. Do not accept my appointment if you do not have enough time to see me. A gel manicure and pedicure in under an hour, absolutely no massage or lotion, 3 cuts between my toes and nails, and my skin is covered in excess polish. I always get my nails done here and it is such a good experience. I usually get acrylics and they do an amazing job, and everyone there is very friendly and the place is nice and clean.
My daughter's nails were done for her birthday and they were crooked.. I had to take her to Jackson at Nail Trix the next day and by then they all popped off because it was poly gel. Jackson did full set and they were beautiful. I hope my sister gets the 75 dollars back from this place. Very disappointed.
Service, staff and products were all great! Would definitely recommend!
I haven't been here in forever and went last night and Ann did my dippy nails. Very happy with the job she did.
