I had such an incredible experience here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and so welcoming. Nicki truly goes above and beyond for her clients. From explaining everything in detail to giving her honest recommendation, she made me feel completely comfortable, seen, and heard, The results are amazing — so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! It’s rare to find someone who is not only so skilled but also genuinely cares about their clients’ confidence and comfort. I can’t recommend this place enough! I ordered during their Black Friday sale in November and didn’t receive my order until 2–3 weeks later, with no communication that the items were out of stock or delayed. When the products finally arrived, they were expired. After providing photo evidence, I was told to ship them back and that replacements would be sent once received—something that should not have been my responsibility. The replacement was reportedly dropped off at the post office on December 24th, and while I was told there may be postal delays, customer service never offered any alternatives such as expedited shipping, another replacement, or a refund. There was no follow-up, no real apology, and despite initially saying I would be refunded, they are now refusing to do so until I receive a product I still don’t have. I’

Nicki is the absolute best!! She is so kind and her eyelash lift/tints are the best. I drive over an hour just to see her! Definitely recommend:)

Nicki is an absolute ANGEL!!! I had my lashes done in Denver, and unfortunately had an allergic reaction by the time I got to Vail. It was miserable, and Nicki was able to fit me in as an emergency visit in between clients with a very busy schedule, to remove my lashes. The studio is super clean and cute — I couldn’t recommend this place or Nicki more! Life-saver!!

BEST lash extensions EVER!!!!! I am stopped daily and asked if my lashes are real. They are perfectly natural looking luxurious lashes!!! Lin did an amazing job on these!!!!
