Everything was spotless and beautifully cared for, which immediately put me at ease (especially for a skincare service). The rooms felt serene and thoughtfully set up, and the overall energy was warm, quiet, and welcoming. My esthetician, Emily, was an absolute gem. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel comfortable right away, kind, professional, and so knowledgeable without ever being pushy. She took time to ask the right questions, really listened to what I needed, and explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel confident and cared for. Emily was super helpful when I booked my appointment last minute for the cupping massage. The staff there was friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. I forget the name of the woman who worked on me, but she was absolutely incredible. On top of that the whole studio is clean and beautiful and the atmosphere is calm. 10/10 will be back for more appointments.
