I was impressed with my experience at the Salon. It is spotless, well organized and well MANAGED. Above all is Jillian. Professional. Polite. Friendly. Loves being an hair stylist. And gave me a great haircut! It is difficult to find employees such as Jillian in the Vail Valley!!!!!

Jillian is everything other reviewers said. She listened, asked questions, and made sure I got the cut and highlights I was looking for. She went above and beyond. Highly recommend. Absolutely the best hair cut service and style for the money anywhere in the Vail Valley.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon. I booked a standard $30 haircut and confirmed the price with the stylist as soon as I arrived. During the session, the stylist was extremely unprofessional, making comments like 'if you don’t like it, you can leave' and complaining that 'her fingers hurt' from cutting my hair. When it was time to pay, she tried to charge me $44, claiming it took 'too long' (almost an hour), even though I only asked for a simple cut. She then started shouting at me, saying she never wanted to see me again. While the manager was polite, her only solution was a $5 discount, forcing me to pay $39 for a service I never agreed to. I ended up paying just to leave the hostile environment caused by the stylist’s screaming. I am very disappointed and felt overcharged

Tonya was wonderful. She did a great job in both my kids’ hair and was just pleasant and happy the whole time we were there. Thank you!

Tanya is fantastic. She always takes care of my hair better than I requested. She's so nice to chat with and she manages her time really well with so many customers.
