I was really disappointed with the service my husband and I received. We booked a couples massage using a Groupon voucher just to try out a new place - we’re always happy to pay full price for a good massage, but when testing out new spots we like to start with something low-risk. From the start, things were off. We were placed in the room closest to the reception, which was quite noisy even with the door closed. To make matters worse, the two ladies giving us our massages were chatting and laughing with each other throughout the session, which made it hard to relax. Halfway through, the therapist working on me actually left the room — leaving the door open while I was half undressed. Since the room was right by the reception area, people walking past could easily see in. It felt careles

I was so nervous about getting a professional massage since I never let anyone rub my shoulders but it was amazing and I'm glad I found this spa. I felt safe and very relaxed. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for rubbing away all my tension.

I’ve been a regular at this spa for some time, and I have to give a special shout-out to Mia. She is just the sweetest and most attentive person. From the moment you walk in, she makes sure you’re completely at ease. The spa itself is always spotlessly clean, and you can tell they put a lot of care into maintaining a peaceful and hygienic environment. Mia’s customer service is top-notch; she really listens to what you need and personalizes the experience so you walk out feeling truly refreshed. If you’re looking for a place that combines great care with a serene atmosphere, Mia and this spa are it!

When entering and exiting from old country road get a deep massage for your car suspension. The worst ramp entrance that the property management refuses to fix over 3 months. Nobody holding management responsible.

I came here with a Groupon and it was honestly amazing.. I do plan on coming back :)) I think the people complaining just don’t like leaving tip. If it was a 90 min massage I agree $5-10 is very little! Anyway I will be coming back!
