I felt well cared for throughout the entire appointment and could tell a lot of intention goes into both the environment and the services offered. Helai was super sweet, professional, and really took the time to understand exactly what look I wanted. My lashes came out absolutely perfect- light, fluffy, yet a little drama. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! The whole appointment felt calm and comfortable, and I never felt rushed at all. I also really admire that this is a family-run business.
