IF YOU WANT AN INFECTION THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! This place is so filthy and unsanitary, I have not been back since my last experience. They reuse single use disposable items, they don’t sanitize their implements, drill bits or pedicure tubs in between clients. And I don’t mean they are reusing the items on 1 or 2 people, these items have been used on MANY people, the files and bits were basically paper because they were so worn. I should have said something while I was there but I hate confrontation. They don’t know I’m a licensed Nail Tech and I was honestly SO DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED not only in the salon but the customer service! I had gotten my nails done FOR vacation the day before I had to leave. I was extremely unhappy, not to mention my fingers were in so much pain from bein

It was my first time here and it definitely will not be my last. Very friendly staff and very clean salon. I did not have an appointment, but regardless they were able to take me almost immediately. I first sat with Dani as she prepped my nails by soaking the powder gel I had on and then she took the time to explain the difference and strength btwn powder gel and uv gel to me and what was safer and stronger. She was very informative and then helped me pick a color before I sat with Jay. He took his time to make sure my nails looked and felt great. I am extremely happy with how they came out, I also got a pedicure with Jasper but I was crunched for time so I didn’t do the spa experience. I will absolutely try this on my next visit bc even just a regular pedicure came with a 10min foot/leg m

I was visiting friends out of state and came with them to this nail salon. I got a regular manicure and a gel pedicure. Today my nail polish is severely chipped - I believe the nail tech didn’t use a top coat. I called to give them an opportunity to make it right, when I was informed that they do not do refunds. They offered to redo it, but I live in Philadelphia. The experience was nice, but the quality of the manicure is terrible.

I’ve been coming to Pacfe for 10 months now and am truly in awe with their work! They are always dedicated and committed to fulfilling every design I come in with precision, detail, and care. The environment is always welcoming and comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Yumi did an amazing job with my pedicure. My nails on the other hand weren’t “perfect”. I asked for this beautiful set and the young lady did well with the design. The only issue I had was that one of my nails was crooked. The last picture is the nail that was crooked. I brought it up to the manager or lady in charge and she said it’s because they “follow the bone and the finger is crooked”. I have had many more sets and they were never this crooked. I would make sure to go to an experienced nail tech here if you’re going to pay $100+.
