US Nails Waterloo

I went in to get a pedi. The older lady pointed and I sat down. She does not speak English and I ponted to the $40 pedi. The water was scalding hot for my feet so she kept draining and adding cold water. She put the hot towels on my legs and they burned as she kept them in the heater/microwave for too long. Put the wax on my feet and it was way to hot and I got burned again. Then it came to my trimming of nails, she cut the nails too short and I still have tender toes. She cut the cuticle at an angle which is bad for ingrown toenails. The lady I was next to didnt get lotion or painted nails. She said she was done and charged her $30 for a nail trim (as the customer said). I went there sunday to inform the manager and she said she couldn't come in and to come back tomorr

I had an appt yesterday at 1pm. I arrived early and picked out my color. I was sat in a massage chair to wait. At 130 I was called to Jake's station ( assuming his name, but it was on the equipment) He rushed through my appt, caught my skin several times when he was using the dremmel tools that caused sharp and burning pains. He was supposed to do an ombre nail design but after he started the first nail, I told him it was way too light for my likeness. Instead of using another coat, he took it off. I asked him to just paint them black. He did. I asked for a matte topcoat. He put it on and I cured them while he worked on my other hand. Today, I have 2 nails that have peeled and chipped. I spent $50 on my appt for them to look awful and now have to pay someone else to fix them.

By far the absolute worst place to get your nails done. Came in to get my natural nails filled. She completely rushed the whole process and can’t even paint your nails correctly, half of my nails are missing clear coat. I’m pretty sure my four year old can paint better than she can. Don’t even waste your time. I’m quite positive her name was Wendy.

This was the worst manicure I have ever had. She worked on my nails for no more than five minutes. When it came time to paint, I had to ask her to paint all the way to the top and bottom. She went to the top on only two after I asked, but the ends were still a mess. The first two pictures were taken as soon as I got into my car to show how it looks as if I had a manicure weeks ago and not minutes prior. The third picture was taken two days later to show what not painting the whole nail or filing smoothly will get you. Besides the terrible job, it was also the most expensive manicure I have ever had. I also asked for short and round. I will have to do it myself apparently. Please do not waste your money here. I only did because they still take appointments. Never again.

I used to get my nails done here all the time, but hadn’t been in about a year. Walked in today and it’s BEAUTIFUL in here! The remodel is perfect and the service and pricing was as good as it’s always been!
