Unfortunately my wedding nails were so bad I had to get them redone at a different salon. My inspiration picture was my own hand completed at the same salon just 2 weeks earlier. The experience the first time for a trial was great and when I went in the second time, I asked for the EXACT same thing. But I had a different person. She didn’t let my nails soak long enough so ended up popping them off with a nail extension which was painful. I had already been in the salon for over 3 hours and just wanted to leave or else I would have asked for them to be redone. They were way too long and the shape/color is not close at all. The actual nails were very lumpy. I unfortunately can’t go back 😭

I have heard really good things about this nail salon so I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago. The first time I went in I had a gentlemen that did my nails. Needless to say, he did a great job and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. I decided to come back for a second time a couple weeks later which happened to be today. When I walked in the salon it seemed pretty busy, however I went ahead and took a seat. After waiting around 30 minutes a lady had me come sit at her table. I waited for her to finish a pedicure for another customer. Once she came over she was very visibly in a hurry. As people were coming in and out she began to work quicker. Only offered to put a clear top coat on when I went back and complained. Would not redo nails. Never going back.

Gave this place two attempts, and this place is horrible! Went with friends yesterday and had an appointment. Specifically said when I called we wanted to stay together…. Didn’t happen! Our appointment was started WAY late and by the time they started our pedicures the water was cold. Never asked what style of pedicures we wanted until I spoke up and that made the women doing one of my friends services mad and frustrated. Our manicures were basically cold water, cutting the nails and painting! I spoke up twice about a toe nail not being cut and was ignored by my lady. During my manicure she and the male were having a heated discussion that made me uncomfortable and just wanting to leave. Don’t have all the colors they say they offer. We were not the only people told to pick different color

I am not a stranger to a pedicure. I had been getting gel pedicures back to back for a few months. I was prepared to get a gel pedicure at Lilys Nails, but red flags popped up causing me to change my mind. The first flag was the manicurist peeled off my gel polish with those tiny tweezer clippers. In my experience, a drill with a sander attachment is used; not peeling it off by hand. Second flag, the manicurist clipped my nails right away with out asking,(I’m used to establishments asking if you prefer nail clippers or file down). I was disappointed to see how uneven and short my nails were. This is when I quickly changed my mind to regular polish pedicure- the damage was done why would I waste more money. *****I did not just walk out as I should have, as I was treating someone else to get
