I joined their membership club. At the start they said after 3 months you can cancel. This has to be done prior to the 15th. I called on the 11th to cancel and was told I would be charged for another month, because I should have called at the beginning they month. I asked for the owner to call me to speak directly with her. Never got a return call AND was charged for another month. This is not the kind of company I would give my business to if I had known then what I know now. The girls working there are phenomenal, very friendly and professional.
Great place to tan! Staff is so nice, and the beds are always clean. Never had a bad experience here.
