My nails are absolutely beautiful and amazing , perfect.. exactly what I wanted! My friend and I came in about 4:00 p.m. for both of us for full sets ( they close at 5 and they had some pedicures going on and they took us right in I have coffin nails so they take a minute to get right.. afterwards they gave me a hand massage,I'd never had one before it was so nice! I'm from Minnesota & Minnesota needs to step up there service... it was 545pm by the time we were done. And the whole time we were there, they had a rude customer.. they never missed a beat never stopped smiling, absolutely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Decided to try a new place. US Nails came highly recommended but I was not impressed. I had a pedicure and the lady who did mine asked me 4 times what kind I wanted then had the lady next to her ask me twice. It felt like they were trying to get me to upgrade because I just wanted a basic pedicure. For the most part it was not a pleasant experience. It was painful. She cut me twice. One bled a good bit and if that wasn't bad enough, the paint job was terrible.

I used to come here all the time and really liked them. I guess they're under new owners and they really made the place look nice. Updated massage chairs, plastic protectors for the pedi bath, amazing massage, and I really like my nails! I don't go often and felt very self conscious about my rough feet and super short bitten nails and they were very nice and got my feet soft, yay.

I am going to go back to get a refund today. Had a gel nail manicure done. She took the Dremel and smoothed a few nail tops down but not all of them. Then she started painting them without asking me to wash my hands. Table was dirty and gritty, my hands were resting on other people’s shavings. She didn’t polish it all the way down to the nail bed, and she was very sloppy with the top coat. When it came time for the massage, she slapped a little lotion on top of just my hand and pushed it around, but that’s it. The worst ever.
