I had a full-body Thai massage with Peter here. It asked for firm pressure and did not have any trouble delivering on that! It was quite challenging, but in a good way, and my body felt good afterwards and amazing the next day! He got deep into the muscle tissue, but did so in a very slow, patient way that I haven't experienced with other massage therapists before. I recommend his work and plan to come back in the future.

Julie is a masterful Pilates teacher. My session's are tailored to meet my needs. She always listens and recommends accommodations for my midlife body. I always feel challenged and I'm glad to be able to safely move my body. As someone who has past injuries, injury recovery and prevention is a huge benefit of Pilates and Julie really understand the human body.

It was my first massage and I was super nervous! Peter did an awesome job! He was so professional and I was so relaxed afterwards. 10/10 recommend 😊

Both Julie and Peter do incredible therapeutic bodywork everytime. They are both experienced, professional, and talented. I almost don’t want to recommend because I don’t want their schedule to book out!
