I highly recommend Emily with Alaska Massage and Motion. She is always easy to schedule with and quick to respond when I request an appointment. Before each session, Emily asks if there is an area I'd like her to focus on or if I'm experiencing any pain or concerns. She really takes the time to listen and accommodate me. During my sessions with Emily, she's quick to adjust and spend more time in a problem area; sometimes it's my shoulders and others it's my lower back. Emily's been great to work with and I feel lucky to have found someone who is as talented as her.

Emily is awesome! She is extremely skilled at deep tissue massage and fascia release. I went to her with a few very tight areas and in just an hour she had me feeling the absolute best I have felt in months! She was also very helpful, recommending certain exercises to help alleviate issues I’ve been dealing with. Overall just a wonderful person and therapist!
