Us Nails & Spa

My daughter and I dont get to go get our nails done together very often. A few days ago we decided to go and said we would try US nails. I saw many reviews that said how amazing Jessica was and unfortunately that was not the case for us. I will say that Jessica had a flat tire so I can understand not having a good day and I dont ever expect my nails to be perfect but we both left very unhappy. Between her stopping repeatedly to be on the phone or to go outside to her car we were frustrated. We provided pics of what we wanted before we started and she reassured us she could do both. I asked for UV Gel full sets for both of us because im not a fan of acrylic. I usually just get a manicure and its been years since I got a full set. I reminded her again when she started prepping to do acrylic

I had my first visit at US Nail Spa in Dunkirk, MD on yesterday and I am now a customer for life. I was in need of a healing for both my nails and my feet, and the experience with Jessica and Christine was absolutely regal. Jessica performed a miracle on my nails and her daughter Christine worked her magic on my feet. The quality of service was unmatched. The shop is nicely designed and very clean. Joyce is amazing! 10/10, highly recommended! I experienced the premium pedicure service and Joyce was fantastic! She was very meticulous and attentive. I also had my nails done and oh my, I loved them! Joyce also did the "Diamond Touch" pedicure for my mother and she was very dedicated as well! So relaxing! I'll post pictures of the nails Joyce did! I had been coming for a while and had gotten bored of the colors. Jessica is new and brought in cat eyes and improved the look of the shop to where it feels classy. New chairs are amazing. Jessica and Tina do a great maní pedi!

I had a wonderful experience with Jessica. I didn't know exactly what I wanted and she gave me some great ideas. I also love that they offer builder gel.
