He was genuinely apprehensive of this procedure, but Dr Gardner's calm presence, detailed explanations, and gentle approach made all the difference. I did not have a great experience with this oral surgeons office. I called in early November for a consultation and they were booked out until December. No problem, I scheduled for their next available on December 10th. When we arrived for the consultation, they said they hadn’t heard back from my insurance company yet on how much the surgery would be. We went ahead with the consult and booked a tentative surgery date for 4 weeks out. I was told they would call when they heard back from insurance, and we could confirm the date and get the prescriptions sent over. I called after not hearing anything back for over a week, and they claimed that they still hadn’t heard back from insurance and it could take months. This made no sense, we’ve never had to wait to hear back and with 3 kids we’ve

This was my second visit for removal of molars. Dr. Gardner is "tops" in my book because in the initial interview before surgery he makes clear to you the procedure, medicine to take surge before and after surgery, etc. Dr. Gardner puts you at ease with a little bit of humor and compassion. Office Staff and support personnel are terrific too!!

Good day, this review is a little late but a few weeks ago a had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Gardner. My dentist recommended Dr. Gardner because my tooth was a little tricky to get out. Honestly, I was amazed on how well he took care of me. I had little to no pain and the day after my surgery you couldn't even tell that I had it removed. I went back to work like it never happened. Wisdom teeth surgery went very well. A few weeks afterwards, pain started and fluid oozing from site. Since it was the weekend and there is no emergency number, I left a message on the machine. In the meantime, I was able to get antibiotics from my regular dentist. Because of the pain and fluid I expected a phone call Monday morning as a follow up. I received none. I drove to the office in person. The receptionist said they didn’t get my message. That was very disappointing to hear considering everything else had been pretty good.
