I’m a retired neuromuscular therapist who suffers with chronic pain in multiple joints. I moved to Dunkirk a couple of years ago and have not been able to find a therapist who could help me… until I found Natalie. I was intrigued by her technique and thought it was worth a try. The office was clean and relaxing. Natalie was welcoming and professional. When she started working on me I immediately knew she was the “real deal” ! She had a precise feel for what needed attention and how to approach it. I was surprised how gentle her technique was and wasn’t sure how effective it would be. It’s been 3 days since the massage and am feeling very good! No soreness or pain. Just a better range of motion without as much discomfort that is typical for me. I will be going back for more soon.

Just had another amazing massage (and I wanted to write a review this time)! I also had a massage from Natalie last year and had a wonderful experience then...so good that we ended up buying a gift certificate for my mother to enjoy. This time around, my wife set everything up for me to enjoy a 90-minute massage as an anniversary gift - it was just as good as before. Like other reviews have said, the location is unassuming, but the inside is cozy, warm, and inviting. I got to enjoy a relaxing and safe experience (having the suite all to myself). She offers a wide variety of massage (including deep tissue), but I stuck to the lighter tissue massage. I would highly recommend getting a massage here to anyone interested in relaxing!!

It had been a couple months since I had a massage due to a state to state move. My previous ashiatsu masseuse recommended Natalie. I booked an appointment and it was the best massage I've ever had. I feel SO much better. You can ask her to adjust the pressure between light, medium, and deep. Studio is super clean and quiet.

I’ve been visiting Body Mend Massage for 3 years or so and have probably had 25 or more massages. Every single one is consistently amazing. Natalie puts 110% into helping her clients and into her craft. She’s the absolute best and I rely on and look forward to my monthly ashiatsu deep tissue massage. Try it, it’s fantastic!
