I’ve been coming to Urmi for almost 3 years! They are quick and very professional. I usually get my eyebrows threaded and my face waxed. My eyebrows always look amazing and I get compliments often.

Ended up here on a whim just googled quickly threading in the area and there was no wait quickly in and out. I absolutely loved the way she threaded my eyebrows ! Also she was kind would definitely recommend !

Suzy the owner is so nasty she gives you An attitude !! She doesn't want to do the work esp if you are waxing your legs she makes other ladies do it .. she gives you a dirty look she’s very unprofessional I don’t even know how she has a business. She speaks a different language to the other ladies makes you feel uncomfortable!! The waxing place is very dirty also ,!! Avoid this place !!

The woman made my eyebrows soo noticeably uneven and made one super thin. Both my eyebrows have a terrible shape now. I came in with thick eyebrows and already had a shape and just needed a cleaning. The woman decided to take off all the hair around my right eyebrow. The worst part is she didn’t understand what she did wrong and had to have a coworker explain it to her. Never had such uneven brows until I came here. Biggest regret.

This is my second time at this place. First time was ok. I just needed stray hair clean up on my brows, nothing difficult. It wasn’t as clean as I’d like the first time around but it’s close by so I came back. And boy do I regret it. I grew out my brows 5 years ago to get them mapped so I’ve been keeping up with them until today. Usually I just ask for clean up and that’s what I always got everywhere I go. Today I went and asked for the same thing and after she was done, I was SHOCKED. My brows shrunk in half! My don’t have much to begin with so I like to keep them thick but I walked away with my brows from HS (back when everyone over-plucked)! 😭 I’ve had not so great brow threading experiences but this is the worst. I’m gonna have to let them grow for a month and start over again 😩
