Awaken Infrared Sauna

What an amazing experience! The atmosphere was incredibly calming, and it was my first time trying an infrared sauna. Everything was spotless, and Cristina was both welcoming and very knowledgeable. I loved that the sauna could connect to my speaker, making it easy to enjoy meditation or music during the session. I left feeling refreshed, and my skin feels wonderful afterward. I also love how flexible the sauna packages are—the option to bring a guest at no extra cost or even share one of your sessions makes it such a great plan. Highly recommend!

I just finished my second session in the infrared sauna with red light therapy and I absolutely love it. I’ve been dealing with lower back issues and wanted to try something therapeutic instead of relying on anti-inflammatory meds. After only two sessions, I can already feel some relief, which is very encouraging. I’m excited to see how I feel after a few more sessions. Chris, the owner, is extremely personable and very knowledgeable. The space is clean, calming, and truly relaxing. Overall, a great experience so far and I’m looking forward to continuing.

Such and amazing experience for a very reasonable price. The owner is very knowledgeable and made sure we had a safe and enjoyable experience. The facilities were impeccably clean and all equipment worked perfectly! We did the sauna and cold plunge and will definitely be back again! Thank you :)

Excellent experience. Chris at the front desk was so lovely and helpful. The place is clean and well organized. The sauna itself felt so restorative - my wife and I both got out and looked in the mirror and felt like we looked younger after a 20 minute session. Highly recommend!

First time trying this place and it was excellent. The setup is clean, well-run, and Cris gave clear guidance without being pushy. Sauna and cold plunge were both top-notch — easy to transition between and exactly what I needed for marathon recovery. Will definitely be coming back.
