The owner, Chiara, was amazing! She took my reference photos and ideas and executed them beyond my expectations. She was very attentive, consistently asking for my input throughout the process. She’s also incredibly welcoming, and it’s evident in the way she truly takes care of her clients. I absolutely love my new haircut!

What a special spot! The owner, Chiara, is so incredibly talented, kind, and thoughtful. This is not your average salon experience. You will feel welcomed, heard, and cared for the moment you step in the door. The salon also offers sensory conscious experience for anyone who desires! As a therapist- I really appreciate this, too. 10/10 would recommend!

Fae & Phantom is not your typical hair salon — it’s an experience. Omg I love my hair!!! Cut is beautifully detailed and so fun! Chiara is also excellent at listening for what clients want and so helpful explaining how to style.

I'm editing a previous review I already made, but oh my god Chiara is the best and most considerate hair stylist I've ever met. She's so kind, knows exactly what I want, and can execute it perfectly.
